Terrible customer service!! I purchased a single tire for $60 because I had a flat and returned the tire the following day because I was able to have my original tire fixed.the lady at the alterations shop who sold me the tire refused to give me a refund. Does not say on the receipt final sale etc and I simply did not need the tire after I purchased it, which was my mistake, so I said I would accept $50 and she still refused. She then made a home call and said she could refund half of what I paid, so o took my $30 and left. ... read more
