The Experience at ultra tune was a positive experience whilst being confident of quality of service and friendly customer service
They could have charged me for inspecting the car but instead, they told me to take the car to a Mazda dealership for a more thorough diagnosis. That was genuine and I will definitely be bringing the car in for servicing.
Watch out gullible folk. Took my car here based on the positive review online for its annual service, quoted $354 which is fine, although I was quoted $295 at the Ultra Tune in South Melbourne. I became sceptical when the additional work was quoted to me over the phone at a staggering $2,393. With some of the prices being so blatantly overpriced.
