I was pleasantly surprised that i was advised to have a lesser service performed with the intent to carry out the major service next time (when our very low mileage reading at least gets to half the distance quoted in the handbook). It was explained to me that replacing perfectly good differental oils with new oil would be a waste of my money as would other work dud to our low mileage. The advice was offered and explained but the choice was mine. This was a breath of fresh air from the handling from dealerships.
