They were doing renovations above my unit and now some of the furniture I had inside the unit was ruined because of it and I had to throw them away. Told them about it and they did nothing.

Great storage space. I like the drive in garage. It was raining when we were there and that was perfect.

Absolutely atrocious customer service and quality of facilities; could not possibly be worse on either account. All of my items were absolutely covered in rodent feces and urine which caused extreme delays in my ability to get my stuff moved out because I had to take extra protocol (gloves, mask, cleaning wipes etc) to even touch the items which was then followed by extreme deep cleaning or DISPOSAL of every single item I’d stored (plus a deep clean of my car used to transport said items.) Storage room is a mess plus we're down to one security door. For this place was bought by a big corporation we had three security doors to protect the storage unit now it's down to one. Management is terrible always a mess at the storage room that they don't care about the other two security doors and absolute bad customer service.
