Called for an appointment to get an assessment of potential services which was a $149.00 fee in advance (seemed reasonable). Scheduled it for 1pm but things didn’t work out on that day. He got tied up with the previous job and ran later than usual. He would have been done around 3pm. (The inspection I was receiving would take about 2 hours) It didn’t seem worth the hassle of waiting around for him to arrive later so I asked for a refund.
