Ultra Roofing replaced our entire roof several years ago. After heavy storms we noticed a leak in an upstairs ceiling and called Ultra Roofing. Liliana, the office manager, answered our phone. She asked smart questions to identify the potential causes of the leaking. She arranged an appointment for roof inspection right away and stated that they were not going to charge us if the fix were quick, and would provide us an estimate of repair if the damage was large and time consuming. Ultra Roofing was professional from beginning to end. Liliana at the front desk always kept me up-to-date with the latest information. And Brandon took the time to document all issues and get a new roof on for me. Was very happy with the entire process and the team.
