Product sent was different than picture on website and did not fit 100 Double Sleeved cards. Customer service didn't care or solve my issue at all. Had to process a chargeback.

Your products are great but you customer service is lacking. I made a simple request, a change of email address. I was told it couldn't be done and my ticket was closed. This was a simple request.
Ordered a charger and because it does light up they consider it works but it does not charge my phone at all!

Excellent customer service! I had order some dividers and a deck box, but messed up on the shipping (yeah, I’m dumb lol) and the package went to the wrong place, forever lost, so they just resent it to me for free!

Some of the best sleeves, deck boxes and collection albums available. My son and I play the Pokémon trading card game as well as collect the sets as they come out. Ultra pro makes this very easy and fun. Their sleeves make it through an entire regional event (27 games day 1) and still have life left in them. Highly recommend these products to anyone needing deck protection and/or storage.
