These guys are amazing! They are dependable, trustworthy and reliable. I was blown away by the service and how they made sure me and family were taken care of. I have an old water heater swapped out by Davon today. He arrived on time this morning and was very polite and quick with the job. Ultra is very honest and reasonable with their rate, their technician is very knowledgeable and i am simply amazed how Davon finished the job so quickly all by himself. Very happy with their service and definitely recommend to my friends and others who is reading this review.

Klevis from Ultra Plumbing was amazing! Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Respectful of property. Explained things very well, reviewed pricing and explanation of job prior to doing the work. Answered any and all questions. He did great work and went above and beyond original work order for my needs requested. Great work and will be having this company do further care and repairs of my new home! So appreciative of great service!

Matt was excellent. He not only replaced our water heater same day but rerouted some pipes to make things easier to access and brought everything up to code. He left thorough instructions on how to maintain our new system and was very patient while we asked lots of questions. I’d hire him again without hesitation.

The low rating is because the technician was one and a half hours late for our appointment. Our appointment was the first one in the morning so there should have been no excuses. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. I would have expected a call letting me know they would be delayed. I consider this poor customer service and communication. The technician (Charles) was personable enough and fixed the problem correctly. The other reason for the poor rating was the $ 90.00 service charge just to come to my ... read more
