Corey was very professional and very knowledgeable about my issues. He was able to explain how Rock Service Pros can help fix the issues, and used video footage to show me what his findings were. I am definitely going to recommend this company. Thanks. 😊

Tarrick Al-Samhouri did an incredible job rerouting the air returns for my kitchen renovation. From start to finish, he was incredibly approachable and always took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. He was highly respectful of my home and space throughout the entire process. The workmanship is top-notch, and he made a complex part of the renovation completely stress-free. I highly recommend Tarrick for his professionalism and excellent service! 5 stars ⭐️ for Rock Service Pros.

Our main sewer line from the house to the street was clogged. Needed quick help with this. Called Rick Service Pros at around 8 a.m. and we had someone at our house before 11 a.m. Very quick Service, especially considering it was Labor Day holiday. Corey Rahn from Rock Service Pros was great. He was able to snake the main line and clear the clog and we were back in business. Would definitely recommend this company and especially Corey Rahn.

The quality of his work was excellent, and he made sure everything was completed properly and to a high standard. It’s clear tha... read more

I ordered a new dryer from Costco. They couldn’t hook it up as my gas hook up wasn’t up to code. I called ROCKET & they sent a plumber out the same day. He gave me an estimate & was back the next day. Jeff VanAssche was very courteous & professional. He kept me up to date on his progress. The job entailed more than expected ( he made me aware of that when he gave me the estimate-so no surprises). He did an outstanding job. He deserves 10 stars. He even moved the old dryer & put the new dryer in place so all Costco has to do ... read more
