I have an old water heater swapped out by Davon today. He arrived on time this morning and was very polite and quick with the job. Ultra is very honest and reasonable with their rate, their technician is very knowledgeable and i am simply amazed how Davon finished the job so quickly all by himself. Very happy with their service and definitely recommend to my friends and others who is reading this review.

Absolutely fantastic, professional service and customer service from start to finish! I faced an emergency plumbing issue when both shut-off valves in my house malfunctioned, which prevented me from turning off the water supply to stop the flow of water from a ruptured water line in the basement, causing extensive damage to the ceiling and walls. I had to contact the city to shut off the water supply. David came to our place to fix our backed up toilet, and he was on time, he was very polite and professional. He took his time to ensure that the blockage was fixed, even going back to his office to get a machine that would work better than the one he brought. I appreciate the time he took to get our bathroom up and running. He even made sure to clean up any "mess" that was made. 10/10 highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Davon Was very polite and professional. I had to get a new valve and a length of copper pipe install installed. He finished the work in under two hours. It looks great and no leaks. I’m very happy.
