Matt did an outstanding job on our new whole house filter and water softener install. Scheduling was easy, appointment options were plentiful, and communication was excellent. Matt texted his ETA, and arrived right on time. He took his time to review the system documents and familiarize with the system, gathered the parts needed, and carefully/meticulously installed the system. I have an old water heater swapped out by Davon today. He arrived on time this morning and was very polite and quick with the job. Ultra is very honest and reasonable with their rate, their technician is very knowledgeable and i am simply amazed how Davon finished the job so quickly all by himself. Very happy with their service and definitely recommend to my friends and others who is reading this review.

Shane did an excellent job replacing our garbage disposal. He showed up right on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The installation was quick and clean, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. What really stood out was how neat he kept the area and how he took the time to answer a few plumbing questions I had. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises. Matt was excellent. He not only replaced our water heater same day but rerouted some pipes to make things easier to access and brought everything up to code. He left thorough instructions on how to maintain our new system and was very patient while we asked lots of questions. I’d hire him again without hesitation.
