Matt did an outstanding job on our new whole house filter and water softener install. Scheduling was easy, appointment options were plentiful, and communication was excellent. Matt texted his ETA, and arrived right on time. He took his time to review the system documents and familiarize with the system, gathered the parts needed, and carefully/meticulously installed the system. Last year, I removed my deck and called ultra plumbing, now rock service pros, to move my discharge line away from my foundation in preparation for a new concrete patio. The men who came out were kind and respectful, but I was not available at home to monitor their work. Fast forward 1 year later- the discharge from the sump was too much for the grass to handle and caused flooding. he showed up over 2 hours late i had to call to see if he was still coming. was told he was stuck in traffic. once he arrived the tool he brought did not work he had to leave and go back to his shop and get a new tool which was about 50 minuted round trip. he came back tried to snake the line all of 10 minutes and decided it was not going to work. he tried to go up onto the roof with no success which im not sure why as i was sure the clog was in the line from the sink to main drains as everything else in my house worked. he ... read more
