I have been to this nail salon twice in the last 3 months and both times had excellent experiences. Yami assisted with my manicure and pedicure in January. She was fun to chat with and I left pleased with the job. Tom assisted on my most recent visit and truly created art with my acrylic manicure. I am so obsessed with how well he executed my vision. The place is well cleaned/sanitized and everyone I've interacted with is kind, courteous, and knowledgable.
3/1: now after not even two weeks, two nails are chipped and broken, the polish is dull and the end at the nail bed are frayed because the cuticles haven’t been pushed back. The refill was done sloppy and it doesn’t look good anymore. I am disappointed and I have to get my nails redone after just two weeks. Went here on Valentines Day and got a full set. The acrylic was not distributed evenly. Did not go all the way down to the cuticles or the side of the nail. My real nail was still showing on both sides. The polish was the same way. I asked the girl who did them could she fix it but she did the same thing on all my nails. Super disappointed with my set came in 2/14 had to wait 30 min to be seen which was fine but my nails took an hour and a half and look like someone who doesn't have experience did my nails they are so bumpy and you can tell when they did the stuff they put on top of the glued on fake nail doesn't even look smooth looking at it and they aren't the same length I even had to tell her multiple times they weren't even she didn't even clean my cuticles and it looks like they were done a week ago didn't even get down to the bottom ... read more
Yommi did them ( forgive me if I'm mistaking her name ) took longer than expected but she was willing to change everything I didn't like about them before I left which I appreciate . Overall, she did a good job. 💗
