This was the worst salon experience in my whole life and I'm 48. I booked the appointment on their website, but they don't check it because when I got there they didn't know I was coming. When they saw my appointment, they "worked me in". They did this by cutting my hair dry using the strangest technique I've ever seen: pulling my hair up (no combing), twisting it & chopping it off. Be very careful trusting people like these with your hair. All they care about is money they genuinely could care less about your hair. The owner is terrible I can understand why everyone else who works here is so unprofessional I’m so ashamed to put my hair on here and the owner is very aggressive when I said, I didn’t like it. She was extremely hostile. The blow drying of the hair really covered up how they fried off my hair please rethink what you’re doing when you come here or be very clear that they don’t fry your hair!... read more
