No customer service. Ordered a part at the end of December, was told it would be in early January. Called back January after no update, was advised "February". Called back mid February and early March, still no updates to my request.
If you’re looking for a new fireplace, this is the store to go to! We had a new fireplace installed today and the technicians were professional, punctual and very thorough with both explaining and showing me how to use the new system. He was patient and took apart the trim and the protective screening to show me how to turn off the gas, turn off and on the pilot light and how to remove the trim so we can refinish the bricks on the surround without damaging the unit. We dropped off a fire place door for repair 3 months later still sitting there ,untouched ,we picked it up not fixed, got the parts and fixed it ourselves, never do business with these people again.
We had an outstanding experience working with Ali and his team. Ali was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with honesty and providing thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. He and his technicians went above and beyond, visiting our home multiple times during our renovation to assist with both the planning and the various stages of installation. My furnace was yellow tagged by another company-I chased them for two weeks for a quote. On a Friday morning I called Ultra Comfort-Ron was at my house in 1/2 hr accessing what needed to be done. My new furnace was installed in two days. His team of Carlos and Wilson exceeded my expectations. I will never deal with anyone else!!
