I had a new fireplace installed this week to replace a 30 year old relic that was installed when the house was built. The installation team from Ultra Comfort was amazing. Used several times. Ali and his team are the best! Had to get a new water softener and install. Went great! Also had to get a switch on gas valve hook up for bbq, was fast and dinner was on time!

Bought an central air conditioning unit with installation. Signed for a price only to be given a higher price the next day due to 'tariffs'. When I pointed out there are no tariffs on this type of equipment, I was told it was because it was a new model. Took a day off work to get it installed, they were to be there at 8am, got a call close to noon that it's too cold to install and test.
