Ultraclean Car was has scammed me-stole my personal information from my debit card. I went to get my car washed in June of Last year. They have been charging my debit card for $19.98 for a membership I didn’t sing up for. My bank would not help me due to the fact that I overlooked the charge on my bank statement. It is a scam, DO NOT Give them bank information.The Ultra Clean Car Wash used my debit card information for a simple $5.00 car wash, deal was done. However, they began billing uss $29.99 a month after that even though we never went back to that car wash for 10 months until I realized what was happening and told the bank to shut down the payments. Had a membership but then canceled it. They still charged me. Crickets from them when I tried to get my money back.
I went to this car for a single car wash and wound up signing up for their monthly car wash..they were running a special half off the first month. Got my car wash and came back a week later to get my 2nd wash of the month. I own a 2019 Ford Flex. Three quarters of the way through I heard a noise but did not realize what happened till the car exited the wash. Horrible scammy car wash. Do not go here because they will sign you up for a membership after you purchase a single wash and it will be an enormous headache trying to get your money back because the banks make you wait on hold forever and call numerous times to settle the transaction dispute. I was at the car wash on 5/23/23 I went in office and picked up a brochure regarding M monthly fees. I asked his tenant inside what it was all about and she told me that there was a sale of half price $14.99 so I said oh great. The air freshener Ultra Clean Express Carwash gives out ruined my dashboard. It took the paint off when I hung it on my radio knob. The elastic band provided wouldn't fit around my rear view mirror.
