Local, family-owned, professional, straightforward I came to Ultra Clean Carpet Systems with an emergency. My lease was ending, and if I wasn't able to clean the carpet, I would have had to pay for replacement. They quickly were able to fit me in. Lived up to guarantee Furniture was not moved and was not cleaned but I complained and they did live up their warranty. I think they are an honest group. The machine they use is impressive.
