I took the time to write this because I felt it was deserved and the right thing to do. All to often people are very quick to b**** and complain but not nearly as diligent in giving credit where credit is due. Ok, here goes- I purchased a used Maserati from Ultimo, site-site unseen, using only the web pictures, descriptions and the sales persons word. A week ago, I contacted Ultimo Motors in Warrenville and gave a salesman my credit card to hold a Porsche Panamera until Friday so I could arrange a wire transfer of the funds. Friday morning I was contacted by the salesman and told the car had been sold Thursday. The Mercedes I owned to be replaced by the Panamera was sold by me on Thursday, and I had arranged for the funds to be transmitted on Friday. While being shocked and disappointed, I find their action to be grossly unprofessional and lacking integrity.

I've been working with Ultimo Motors for more than a month to purchase a 2014 **** ** *** ****. They were ready to ship the car to me until I insisted on some kind of assurance that the car would should up without any issues, which they were unwilling to do. All they wanted to do was keep pushing a warranty. They tried to push and push it like 7-8 times, and I found out why later (it had known issues). Started asking questions about oil and tranny fluid leaks I found under where the car was and why the place they told me the car was serviced at said they had no prior records of that vehicle ever being in their shop and Christian McCoy threw a fit and started " I cannot keep defending this car!" And he stormed away like a child. I had to walk him down to ask where the bathroom was to wash the oil and fluid off my hands and I dont believe he was going to tell me until he saw a fellow associate walking through the showroom. If I could give it less then one star I would. No one I have spoke to in this "business" cares for their customers. They just care to take your money and if for whatever reason you may try to contact someone with assisting you they blame each other.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A SOUL TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE.
