Best Calorie Burn In 60 Minutes In Omaha!! The workout is challenging, fast paced, and fun! The studio has amazing music and lights. The most impressive part about Ultimate Workout other than the very clean facility is the incredible staff!! From the moment you walk in they welcome you and ensure you have an awesome workout! I would highly recommend this place for growth and change.
I started at Ultimate Workout at the end of August and was finally fit into a pair of shorts that I hadn't worn since high school....only problem was they were too big!! I have been an athlete my entire life and no workout has ever been as fun and as intense as Ultimate.
