Awesome atmosphere and Johnson is an amazing trainer!
I'm two weeks in to Ultimate Workout and it has been great so far. I enjoy the high intensity and constantly moving between the tread, row, bikes, and weight floor. Instructors are great, keep me motivate, and always make sure my form is correct to get the max benefit. So great to get such a high calorie burn in just a quick hour.

This place is so much fun and that is what I love about Ultimate Workout! It's fresh, high energy, modern and something new to Omaha! All of the instructors are motivating and really push you to be the best YOU no matter what level you are at. From the lights to the music you feel like you are in a club working out!
