First off, the lady was super nice, her name is Mercedes. She studied my shape and determined that my eyebrows were currently uneven, so she gave me some options. Then she was very gentle. It hurt way less than it usually does because she was sure to pull out only hair and not my skin. Afterwards she applied something so my brows were not burning.
