Only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Terrible customer service and over priced!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!! They have you on auto pay yet never run your card so then all of a sudden you owe them hundreds of dollars. Try and cancel and they said you just got auto renewed for a year but yet we never got notice of being auto renewed and now can't cancel without paying for the whole year and cancellation fee. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.... WAS TOLD I HAD TO CANCEL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO MY "CONTRACT" WELL I DID IT 6 MONTHS AND NOW SOME HOW THERE IS NO RECORD OF IT? WELL I TOLD THEM TO PICK UP MACHINE AND THEY WILL NOT. DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING!!!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR AN UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE VISIT! THESES GUYS ARE A JOKE! AGAIN BEWARE
