I have had the same experience as all the other reviews! I even called the Better Business Bureau to help me handle the situation. I have written several emails and made several phone calls..my contract is over. I gave them six months notice to cancel it. And they still will not come pick up the machine. I had originally missed placed my contract they would not send me a copy. I finally found it and they will not respond. I honestly do not understand how they are in business!

Horrible! We have been a customer of this awful company for about 10 + years! Somehow our contract was renewed which was the biggest mistake ever! These people are extremely unprofessional! The water cooler leaks! they want us to pay to fix it, meanwhile the thing is 10+ years old! Our contract with them is up in a month and half and we are completely paid up with them! No contraten de ninguna manera esta compañia, es un desastre. Se contrató el servicio el cual te hacen firmar por 5 años , Durante este periodo nuestra compañía cambio de dueño o sea que el que contrató y firmó el contrato no es el mismo desde hace dos años . DON'T sign any contract with this company!!! They are the worst! It's a rip off, they are extremely disorganize and unprofessional, and you will be stock with the contract for ever. They graded C at the BB Bureau, I should had look before!
