This salon is a Diamond � in the rough. Missy and the team at Ultimate Touch are super courteous. They go above and beyond to give me the best client experience. I love the spa services. I went for a massage and they offered for me to come in before my service to enjoy the steam shower at no additional cost. I loved my massage. It was amazing. I will be back again. I got my hair done at the salon & I am very unhappy . My appointment was at 10:30 am and I walked out of the salon at 5:30pm. The hairdresser that did my hair messed up on my hair really badly to the point where another hair dresser had to step in .. I spent my whole day away from my newborn because of their mistake and they charged me 230 dollars for a bad ombré hairstyle that took 7 hours . So yesterday I had my first dermasound at Ultimate Touch and it was amazing. Didn't know what was going to happen but it was fantastic.. Danielle explained everything and my skin is fabulous soft clean. When I went home it was even noticed and that never happens. Men kids friends give a gift card for the holidays as you must experience at least once... thank you everyone you r the best salon spa ever. love you all�
