Had a Fox ESS 42kwh battery installed in February 2026. Very happy with the new battery. No problems so far (approx 1 month). Impressed with Ultimate Solar Solutions Prestons staff. Professional and friendly throughout. Mark who came out to measure and quote and answer questions. Justin and Eddie who were our install team on the day. They persevered a long humid day plus a bit of rain delay. Cleaned up everything before they left.
Ill start by saying do not deal with this campany they take your money and dont conplete the job. I have been waiting over 7 months for them to compete there works. I have rang sent emails and also gone into the business speaking with the manager and they just shrug you off. I dont know how this busniess is still operating. Please do yourself a favour dont go with ultimate solar worst canpany to deal with Dishonest and not trustworthy.
About 9 months after my Tesla battery install I had issues with part of the install that fell off in the wind due to shoddy installation. I contacted Ultimate solar solutions who have now been avoiding me for the last 3 months. I would not recommend as they don't want to know you after you've paid up and their shoddy install comes to light.
Danny and Jason were fantastic to work with. I had some solar panels installed through Ultimate Solar a few years ago. The experience and after sales service was always great, so decided to get them back in to install a solar battery and some extra panels. Their expertise and experience really shows through their customer service and quality of work! Could not recommend them enough!
It has been a breezy experience working with Danny and Jason from the very beginning. Their advice felt genuine and really helped me choose the best value battery, which is both cost effective and has been trusted in the market for a long time. The installation team also did an excellent job. They were clean, efficient, and very friendly, so a big shout out to them as well. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Solar Solutions to all family and friends.
