PLEASE READ! I have been going here for a couple of years. I have had a monthly subscription since they opened in Morgantown. About 2 weeks ago I went through and heard a loud pop at the end of the wash. As you can see in the picture it popped the bottom rail of my car breaking the clips. They didn’t get all my mud off my jeep
The folks who work here are super nice! Always do a nice job!
Worst one in morgantown. Use the one on other side of the highway by bass pro. Only 6 cars in line and somehow took 45 minutes. There gate system is also messed up as the left lane kept being skipped. They also have a terrible “fast pass” system like all the amusement parks and people hate. The third lane people could drive up to and slip the line with this pass. Let me know that before I get stuck in line. I’m not waiting for that crap
