One of the worst car washes I’ve gone to. I paid for the ultra deluxe car wash (Graphene Wash) that cost $33. Not only did the person working barely pre spray my car, he also didn’t scrub any of the front. The guy truly didn’t seem liked he cared. The worst part about it was that there were no cars in front or behind me so there was no reason for him to be in a rush. I took videos that I plan to send to management. PLEASE READ! I have been going here for a couple of years. I have had a monthly subscription since they opened in Morgantown. About 2 weeks ago I went through and heard a loud pop at the end of the wash. As you can see in the picture it popped the bottom rail of my car breaking the clips. I drove it to a local car shop and it cost about 70.00 to install new clips and fix it. I should have known better but went through the car wash a week later and POP! at the end of the wash again! I went through and once I started cleaning it out I immediately noticed a deep scratch across the entire length of my hood that was not there prior. I believed it was made from their cleaning brush at the end. I filed a claim , they said I’d hear from them in 2-3 weeks. Didn’t hear anything for 2 months, I had to keep calling and emailing corporate. Finally they said they ruled there was no equipment malfunction in the log and closed the claim. Do not go here!

Dylan was amazing and very knowledgeable! Our car looks as good as the day we got it off the lot. Huge shoutout again for Dylan, he was a real hoot to meet!
