I went thru the wash up at the university town center in i had the best customer service ever. Acacia had helped me had a beautiful smile on her face in She had took the extra step to make sure my wheels were cleaned in shining, she was very professional in respectful this is how any business should operate is to please the customer she went above in beyond!!!!!!
air blower in the vacuum area need more pressure , ,tire shine doesn’t work very well
If I could leave no stars, I would. Not only do they only ever clean half of my rear windshield, but their customer service is horrible. Had a guy yelling at me and called me stupid because I didn’t understand his hand signals. When I asked him what they meant he got visibly frustrated and began arguing with me. I work construction and have never seen hand signals like his. Very unhappy and will not be going back.
haven’t heard back since july to any of my emails, yet this is what they say publicly about cracking my windshield. don’t trust this car wash at all.
