first time I went here my gate wouldn’t open after paying and i waited for over 20 minutes while every other car went at least seven times. I counted. Second time I just went through the lady Smacked my car with the brush so hard that big chip of paint came off. Would not recommend there’s always an issue at this place.
Uses brushes and is a little rough. Blew my mirror backwards. Seems to do a good job. Includes tax in the charge $12.

I would avoid using the call center at all costs. For one they are useless and canceled the wrong plan.If you have any issues with your plan just go talk to them in person. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

They also state they have a no refund policy even if they charge your account after its been canceled. I went in to try out the promotional offer when they first opened. Three days before my plan would renew I went in to cancel my membership and was assured it was cancelled. On the renewal date I was charged the full amount.
