Dylan was amazing and very knowledgeable! Our car looks as good as the day we got it off the lot. Huge shoutout again for Dylan, he was a real hoot to meet!
Avoid their Mileground location! Their equipment damaged the underside of my car when it got stuck, and they completely denied responsibility, trying to blame my wheels instead. The staff here is incredibly disrespectful—instead of actually guiding you or telling you what to do to line up properly, they just stand there acting rude. To make matters worse, they tried to double-charge my card. Unprofessional service, zero accountability, and a completely unpleasant staff—stay away.
PLEASE READ! I have been going here for a couple of years. I have had a monthly subscription since they opened in Morgantown. About 2 weeks ago I went through and heard a loud pop at the end of the wash. As you can see in the picture it popped the bottom rail of my car breaking the clips. I drove it to a local car shop and it cost about 70.00 to install new clips and fix it. I should have known better but went through the car wash a week later and POP! at the end of the wash again!
