PLEASE READ! I have been going here for a couple of years. I have had a monthly subscription since they opened in Morgantown. About 2 weeks ago I went through and heard a loud pop at the end of the wash. As you can see in the picture it popped the bottom rail of my car breaking the clips. Not a very good car wash . I just bought a brand new truck , and going through this car wash it scratched my car really bad .
Friendly staff, but the wash quality was disappointing I tried Ultimate Shine for the first time with a discounted wash. The staff were very nice and the line moved quickly. They have a person on each side of the car doing a manual pre-wash with a brush and a 5-gallon bucket. When I asked how often they change that water, I was told every hour or two, which is a bit concerning for grit buildup. They sprayed down my truck but didn't actually brush it.
