Never again will I use this company for back to base monitoring. Never a guard available in my area (central coast) and they charge me a $700 'early exit fee'. Very very poor service and expensive I use an app now instead which costs a fraction of what I paid Ultimate and it is way better. Contact a locksmith to do this for you and you can even arm and disarm your alarm remotely unlike Ultimate who are still using 1980s technology.
