Arrogant male staff member in monitoring centre. I was contacted late in the evening and was being asked what time the alarm system will be on. I had no idea what he was talking about. His tone became harsh and abrupt. When I advised he must have the wrong number he didn’t apologise, he just hung up. Based on the experience of that one call, I would never recommend them.

Take forever to respond or get back to my husband. Service department and specifically manager are the worst.
Last October one of their security guards grabbed my special needs son in Chemist Warehouse, Airport West, Victoria. He hurt his arm and scared him, and refused to let him, together with my elderly mother, leave the store until they found me to show that he had put his items in my basket for me to buy. This was absolutely unacceptable conduct and amounts to assault with the physical handling of my son.
