The installers were great i was told victims of crime would handle it all and they did but now I keep getting invoices. Apparently they don't know who VOC are and even condescended me over the phone.

This review comes from an ex customer for 8 years. They don’t call if the alarm isn’t armed on time, they don’t call if the alarm is disarmed outside of trading hours, didn’t even bother to call when the alarm was disconnected to change to another company! The one time we used the hold up panic alarm, instead of calling local police the staff called the store to confirm that there was a panic. This company is a joke save your money and possessions, go to a real security company.

Absolutely appalling business practice by the owner operator of this business. The security guards he is hiring are not trained at all and they do not have the proper checks and do not even have citizenship for what I have heard and seen. The rules and the training procedures have not been followed by this company or it’s employees. It’s absolutely shameful disgusting and absolutely wrong.
