Terrible they assaulted my 14 year old friend and proced to fall down and call the police on us and and make us get investigated my friend and I are deadly traumatised and scared from this appalling behaviour

Never again will I use this company for back to base monitoring. Never a guard available in my area (central coast) and they charge me a $700 'early exit fee'. Very very poor service and expensive I use an app now instead which costs a fraction of what I paid Ultimate and it is way better
