This company is a joke. Owner, Noe Perez stood me up on two separate occasions and never even bothered to call and tell me he wasn't coming. Both appointments were at times he set and when I called and wanted to know what was going on, he hung up on me. I would never waste my time with an incompetent individual such as this. He truly gives other reputable contractors the bad reputation you hear about.
We were at our wits end when we found Noe Perez and Ultimate Retail Flooring. We had been working on our house for almost a month and with every turn came a new problem and added expense. We were tired of having our furniture displaced/stacked, dust everywhere -- we just wanted our floors installed!
