Finally found the gym of my life! – I have been in many big gyms and had 4 different trainers. Ultimate Results is the only place where I felt comftorble with the atmosphere and got the best results with my personal trainer. I am also very happy with both my workouts with my trainer and my interactions with weight loss expert at Ultimate Results. Ultimate Results will change your life! – When I came to UR I was fed up with doctors who didn’t want to work on the problem but only wanted to give me band-aid cures like shots or pills. I was so frustrated that it caused me to be depressed which caused me to eat more which caused me to have continuous pain in my knees 24/7 and migraine headaches at least once or twice a week. From hell to heaven – For last 5 years I was pouring my heart into a job working anywhere from 65 to 75 hours per week which turned into eating a lot of junk food, not spending anytime to care of myself, and gaining a lot of excess weight. Love Ultimate Results – Shortly after my last review I lost my Job and went to deep depression. I stopped working out and gained everything I lost. I told my trainer and the owner of Ultimate Results that my mom is sick and I am traveling cause of work thus I can't continue with my workouts. basically I laid. From size 14 to size 6! – The size 6 figure of my 20's and 30's, after having 3 children had crept up to a size 14 by the time I reached 48. Best personal training and weight loss center – Ultimate Results has been a blessing to me in many ways. Before I joined Ultimate Results, I had a terrible eating habit, and I never worked out.
