My sad to triumph story .After a harsh and painful divorce, i decided to move back to northern virginia after 23 years. I grow up in Woodbridge. I Highly Recommend Ultimate Results – I came to Ultimate Results with the following goals in mind: become strong and lean. I am avid mountain biker and play in other sports outdoors as well. Ultimate Results, a Great Investment! – Ultimate Results has helped me tune into my body as a whole. They have motivated me, helped me set and reach goals, and have taught me proper eating habits. Well rounded personal training and weight loss program – comprehensive facility with top of the line professional trainers and nutritionists. Ultimate Results helped me with neck & back pain plus 22 lbs – Ultimate Results helped me with my neck and back pain plus 22 lbs of weight loss. I was having back and neck pain for last 14 years. How I lost 55 lbs, gained 35 and lost 35! – In 2009 I joined Ultimate Results. Every thing was great. I lost 55 pound in about 13 months.
