My boiler broke down later in the evening and I was afraid my pipes would freeze, of course on 1 of the coldest nights, and this is my only heat resource. I called Ultimate plumbing and he came out and fixed it that night! Really nice people and offer great service! Would definitely recommend them!

Furnace motor died the day before a snow storm of 20+ inches. Made the emergency call and the technician came promptly. Diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem immediately. Grateful for their service and would 100% recommend

Fast and polite service. However, called for someone to come to diagnose why electric baseboard heat is not working. The problem was determined to be a broken thermostat. The technician had to go pick up the thermostat from a local store. The thermostat was then installed and heat was working appropriately. Total cost for diagnoses and install of thermostat was almost $600, for well under 1 hour of work. Now, a month and a half later, my heat will not turn off. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. They came and did almost $2000 worth of work at my house supposedly to fix the heat, that wasn't working. The heat had never come back on, since they left. Come to find out today, the brand new expansion tank that they installed at my house, which was over 500$ unbelievable. They did not do correctly and it's been leaking since they came, almost 2 months ago and now when I called them, they still want to charge me almost 200$ to come back out and fix the mistake that they made.. no thanks. and the lady... read more
