Ultimate Plumbing came out to my house in an emergency situation within 45 minutes. They fixed the issue and provided a recommendation on who to contact for further remediation. The whole process from the initial contact to the communication with the Plumber was easy. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had a tub and shower installed in Feb of 2024. The workmanship was very good and was pleased with the quality of the product. I however was disappointed in being charged 650.00 for a piece of subfloor (under the tub) that had to be replaced when they took out the current shower pan. They also wanted to charge 500.00 to replace 5 floor tiles ( I did this myself in about an hour - no cutting necessary). Also, we agreed on grab bars and they were never installed. Fast service. Top quality materials used.crew who knew what they were doing.3 year problem ground water getting into septic and pump tanks fixed.Every heavy rain. Septic tanks filled faster then pumps could handle. Lots of back ups into house. Last 3 heavy rain, absolutely no more problems. They also raised area around septic tanks and field approx 12 inches with fill dirt straw and grass seed. No more standing water on lawn after a heavy rain.Would recommend them.
