The absolute best. New furnace/heat pump installation. The former owners of my house left me a receipt with explicit Instructions as to who to call should I ever have any plumbing/heating issues. After 20 years, it was time to update the furnace and exterior heat pump unit. These guys were incredible. And knew exactly what to do and responded to my phone call within minutes. The recent cold stretch caused our septic drain line to freeze, backing up wastewater into the house on a Saturday. Ultimate came out the same day and despite the near-zero temperature and foot of snow on the ground, Tom worked late into the night, thawing our line and restoring the system to its proper working order. He had clearly had a long day, but remained pleasant and professional throughout the entire ordeal.
