Sold me an piece of c*** that has so many major mechanical issues as soon as I drove it off the lot. They started out with "fixing" the issues and when I told them I am still having issues Ericthe manager is now hiding behind his employees and won't be a man a contact me back. Now ever since I got the car back is make a terrible clunk sound so who knows what the s***** car mechanics did to this car.. now I'm stuck with an unsafe car to drive myself and my children around... Sold me an unsafe care that lasted 32 days total. This is after they tried to scam me out of 2 grand. Thank God I had my text messages with the sales guy to prove that the deal was already made. So Then when it comes time after I go to the bank they bring me a paper 2 thousand dollars more than what we already agreed on. Legitimately the worst dealership I have ever encountered. They sold us a truck with multiple issues after the buyer before us had already returned it to them, for the same issues. Then kept almost 1/2 of our down payment. We immediately tried to get our money back but they gave us the run around with their “mechanic”, saying it would be fixed, but who would trust them if they didn’t fix it after the first buyer already returned it for the same reason!!!! I highly recommend this place for everyone including bad credit . Everyone here is very nice and friends and is willing to help you get the car you want. Shout out the whole staff most important my man RJ for putting me in a new 2016 challenger and for brad having patients and making things happen in favor.
Taylor was very friendly and honest. Not your typical sales person. She made the experience very comfortable for me. I was in and out quickly.
