John and Ali installed a new ductless A/C unit in my house. They were both a pleasure to deal with from the minute I contacted them. They provided expert advice, were patient answering my many questions, provided written estimates with various options, and installed the unit promptly and professionally and ensured my complete satisfaction. Ali is amazing! They have fixed and maintained my HVAC multiple times. They show up when they are expected to and can usually come on short notice. They charge fair prices and will on fix what is needed and give you free tips as well.
