People don't wanna know what i have to say about this horrible insurance company. By far the worst experience I've ever had. How are they in business with all these negative comments. Eric does not return phone calls. Thankfully my insurance expires at the end of the month. You've lost a good customer. And I am well known in the North Valley Community. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Eric is a lier... unprofessional...and so inconsiderate. Not only did he ignore my calls he lied to me about refunds and quotes and about my non-existent insurance policy. Never ever use this company.
