Terrible customer service! Eric Ortiz is by far the worst insurance agent I have ever delt with. He quoted me $206, I emailed him, called him multiple times with no response. A month later he responds with a quote of $236!! Changed my policy without my permission and took money out of my bank account without me signing any documents. And did not cancel my previous policy leaving me to pay a balance!
