Can't say enough positive things about working with Ultimate Home Health. Nurse Ashley N. was assigned to my mother in law for her wound care, and she went above and beyond with her patience and skills to make sure the job was done properly and we were well informed about the healing process. On the physical therapy side, Fritz was incredibly kind and understanding during the evaluation process. We had some issues with other home agencies making coordination of care difficult to manage. I would like to give a special thank you to my physical therapist name Charles who worked diligently and also his knowledge of knee replacement recipients on the function and rehabilitation of the knee. His patience and knowledge has improved the function of my knee.
Charles is a very good therapist. He gave other exercises to work on when he was not there! I appreciated everything that he has done to assist me in my recovery
I have dealt with other Home Health agencies and I found Ultimate Home Health to be one of the best. I have just finished some physical therapy with them. They have a very fast turnaround after the doctor sends in the request and are quick at sending out a nurse and therapist for evaluation. The nurse was very thorough and dealt with an artery incision which was still bleeding when I was sent home.
