Ultimate Garage Door INC was a letdown. They scheduled a repair but didn’t show up or even call to reschedule. When I finally got in touch, they were unapologetic and offered a vague new appointment window. The technician seemed inexperienced and didn’t fully resolve the issue. For the price I paid, I expected better service and communication. Definitely not the reliable company I was hoping for.

Their service was disappointing from the start. The technician seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t explain what was being done. After the repair, the garage door still had issues with opening smoothly. I had to call another company to fix what they couldn’t. Communication was poor and the overall experience felt unprofessional. Not what I expected at all.
