I wish I had known this place was here, long ago. I have been so bored with my usual workouts that I could barely call it working out anymore. Stacey and Eddie are great! The classes are very challenging and a lot of fun, and different! I will be making an appointment with Stacey soon for some nutritional guidance. I highly recommend this facility. I looked around a bit and tried other places before joining here.
Eddie is the best! He really knows how to reshape a body. The nutritional coaching from Stacey was the missing piece to achieving my health goals.
Awesome workout Edward Albert & Stacy Berlin Albert are great coaches and Eddie has 27 years experience and constantly corrects your form. You will hit your goals here and you will have a lot of fun but you wont get hurt!
This place is like no other! They push you to work out harder than you thought you were capable of!
Thanks to Eddie Albert I'm in better shape now at age 50 then I was when I was 25!!!
