Deceitful communications! Person answering the phone at lunch hour is curt and misinformed of baiscs like working hours.
I had a scheduled appointment today from my previous appointment a little over 5 months ago. To my surprise the place is closed. I have been a customer for over 8 years. First at their Avery Ranch location and then at this location. I liked the service but always felt like the place was run more like a business than an eye doctor place. My husband just called for an appointment. When the male he spoke to asked for his social security number my husband told him he was not comfortable giving his social security number over the phone, and asked why the benefits couldn't be verified with the insurance ID, group number, and date of birth, the person said, "Well you have to give it to me anyway. You called me." Lousy customer service. Don't waste your time.
