I was totally in love with this place until now. I have a 2 month old 2018 Honda Accord sport. When I was there 2 weeks ago I noticed my rim scratched and now today I noticed on my other side I have 2 more. . I told the gentleman there is something wrong. I told him I feel the power in the car wash is too strong because I actually am feeling my car jerk. He told me it is the brushes spinning. I told him my car should not jerk like it did! The car wash broke a piece of my luggage rack and put a lot of scratches on my bumper. The employee didn’t seem to care. Never had this problem at the same type of car wash on US 41- Sponge Spa Car Wash!
Should've read the reviews on google maps instead of these social media ones before coming here about everyone getting antennas and gas caps ripped off. "I can give you a report, but it won't get you anything", was the response we got after asking what was to be done after the gas cap bent all the way around and dented our rear panel. Thanks for nothing Travis. Hopefully the manager or owner will actually care, 1 star for now. The report is under Elizabeth Dooner. 2016 Cadillac SRX
