I’ve been using this car wash for quite some time. 3 vehicles. Never had the problems being mentioned. I enjoy the early bird special. Never have I gone thru a car wash that lays on so much soap and wax as this one. Are the employees sometimes out in their ownworld? Yes. But seriously,car after car after car after car. It’s tough finding good employees everywhere. They really aren’t an integral part of the wash itself.
Not an Ultimate car wash. Great concept but it isn't flawless. You've seen the reviews, from minor damage, swirls, dents, dings, things being ripped off. I used this was a lot when it first opened and even had the monthly plan for a couple months. Id say I probably used the wash close to 20 times. I was lucky to realize I needed to stop using this wash after minor swirling and hazing and a few chips from who knows what part of the wash. Was liking this car wash until we went in today. The two guys that were helping us were messing around and one of them didn’t push my mirror in all the way. Once inside one of the brushes popped my mirror back out and it got scratched. I told the guy about he scratch and he was extremely rude and told me to just call corporate but didn’t have their number to give me. Will definitely not be going back.
It truly is the Ulimate Express Car Wash !! with my monthly membership I try to go as often as possible. Great Wash .. Great Service.
