My mother and I had called over a month ahead and made appointments to get facials for today, Friday February 8, 2019. They mistake my made the appointment for March 8, 2019. All the receptionist could do was offer her sorrow but no solution to make it right. Since we live over an hour away, we were left with nothing. We have been repeat customers of this spa, but now will not be returning.
