I had a deep tissue and trigger point massage with Jenny on Saturday. We just did a 30 minute session targeted on my shoulders. After over 19 years of pain, and limited mobility I can finally use my arms and shoulders again!!!! I've had physical therapy, injections, seen numerous doctors for my shoulder issues and no one told me it was due to swelling in the muscles that could be resolved with trigger point massage! Had my first experience at this day spa over the weekend and it did not disappoint. The receptionist whom I booked my appointment with was so friendly, understanding and accommodating; and her suggestion was exactly what I needed ( I had the Swe-Deep). My massage therapist was amazing. I will definitely be coming back and recommending their services!

RecommendedIt took about 7 hours, but I finally remember what it feels like to be truly relaxed. My husband gave me a Pure Bliss spa day package for Christmas, and it was as glorious as it sounds. Infrared sauna, full body Himalayan salt scrub, organic facial, Swedish massage, foot reflexology, and deluxe mani/pedi. I have been scrubbed, rubbed, buffed, and polished - I didn't realize how much tension I was holding throughout my body until it was gone. 11/10 would recommend.
