I’ve been going to Ultimate Diagnostics for my ultrasounds and every experience has been wonderful. The receptionist is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. She always brings such positive energy and it’s genuinely pleasant to talk with her. She was also so sweet with my daughters while they were waiting for me, which I really appreciate. avoid at all cost they pretend that they are the Lighthouse diagnostics without explaining that Lighthouse moved .They are in for a quick cash grab from government no customer service
I had an excellent experience at this ultrasound clinic in Scarborough! The place was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The front desk staff was super friendly and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Maryam, the technician, was absolutely amazing — professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her care and would highly recommend her and this clinic to anyone!
