After 30 years in the Air Force, I had dental care from many different people. When I settled in San Antonio 13 years ago, I had to find my own dentist for the first time in my life. I have already gone to three dental offices in San Antonio. Each time, I personally visited their offices and talked with some of the personnel. The staff at North Babcock Dental is second to none. They are friendly and always greet me with a smile. The dental hygienist, Sahra, is exceptional. She is so good with her patients. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Yesterday was by far the best meet and greet I have ever had with a new dentist office. Everyone from the lady who scheduled my new patient appointment to Samantha at the front desk to my new hygenist to my new dentist, Dr Herod was simply amazing!! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and that I knew exactly what was what. Absolutely professional and respectful and kind and helpful. Except that my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM and it was after 8 when I was called in, everything was great. The dental hygienist was thorough and fast. I was VERY impressed with her. Everything went smoothly and Dr. Galvan was awesome as well!
