Very disappointing. I called and booked an appointment. When I get there, the guys says no entry for my appointment was ever made. Although he was apologetic, the hairdresser couldn't care any less. Even preciously, I was quoted a price and when I had to pay it was almost $15 more. I'll never go back again.

I had a very disappointing experience over here. The staff behaved unprofessionally, frequently engaging in personal conversations while providing services and asking intrusive questions, which I found quite uncomfortable. During my visit for eyebrow shaping and waxing, the technician, a lady, kept talking to me despite my clear disinterest. When I asked about half-leg waxing in March, I was told it would cost $40. I get highlights and threading on my eyebrows and i have had great service each time, Hazel cuts my hair and she is a nice lady

Got haircut for a child. Did not cut the way we requested her and charged more than 2x posted rate, without letting us know prior, was rude and intimidating, scraped child with buzzer, did not provide a receipt ! Beware !
