TERRIBLE JOB CLEANING MY RUG & no apology. I have no idea why there are so many different phone numbers & addresses for this one company if not to elude customers. Don't trust your valued possessions to this company!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They picked up my rug for cleaning yet it came back with the same amount of dust as when it left. They may have vacuumed the top but did not clean it properly or beat the dust out as they said they would. I spoke to the owner, yes, The Owner, he offered no apology and no explanation as to why they wasted my time rearranging my lounge area to have the same problem as before I sent it.
