Wait time is too long for just a visit..
I had an appointment at 12 30. I showed up 10 minutes early and still waited over 1 hour. They had me in the waiting room while they took a whole family before me that showed up around 1 15. The receptionist try to tell me they had an appointment before me. Mind you, I booked my appointment a week in advance.I finally had enough and left after sitting in the room for over 1 hour.
Yostina Bichay is not a doctor you want to have. Extremely rude, unprofessional, unethical & uneducated. I have gone to her for countless problems and she does not take you seriously. Her ignoring my concerns left my health in a horrible state. On my latest visit she said she did know who to refer me to get allergy testing? It’s should be illegal for her to operate like this with her clinics, zero regard for her patients care.
