Just left there after trying to figure out how to get brake dust and grease off of our car on our own....ultimate car wash did an awesome job!!! There was no way we would have been able to get it off on our own. They were very upfront when we brought it in saying they were not sure if they would not be able to get it off because it was so bad....but they did a great job, it looks awesome! Went there for the past 4-5 years spending at least $60 a month on both cars. Then my antenna broke off on my new 2016 F-150. I reported it to them and they didn't even say sorry. My antenna will cost me ~$130 to fix. Instead of paying for that and keeping me as a customer, they would rather say nope you pay for it. Dumb business move on your part..... losing ~$720+ a year over $130 to take care of your loyal customers.
Rude employees, and my cat could vacuum better than your staff. My husband and I agree that we won't waste our time or money ever coming back.
My car was still dirty. The wax job was horrible.
