Not open mic and no sign to say they were closed
They have been looking after me for over 20 years. NEVER had a bad, or even slightly problematic experience. They do what they say they will, tell you if you are about to waste money, talked me out of a $1700 job that "may or may not" solve my not critical problem. Cannot recommend enough.
