had an issue with my truck, to make a long story short, they squeezed me in first thing in the morning, gave me and my boy a ride home, fixed the issue within a couple hours . then they picked me up and brought us back to the shop where my truck was waiting for me all fixed up. VERY reasonable price and i was back on the road that morning. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!

Ultimate Automotive replaced the rack and pinion today in my van. I had it at that Marion Rd location for an initial diagnosis originally 3 weeks ago. They told me at the time if I had the repair done they would take the money I spent to diagnose off the repair bill. Took me 2 weeks to get the money for the repair as it's a very costly repair. In the end the bill came to a VERY reasonable price. I had called a couple other shops in the area and they wanted nearly $1000 for the repair. Ultimate came in several hundred less! I... read more
Had to update my review because they definitely made things right!! Great people to work with and go above and beyond to make the customer happy!! Thank you!! Brought my car in for an oil change and to fix my brakes that were squeaking. Received a call that my front brakes were good/fine/ok and it was the rear brakes and rotors. Also said I needed a tire rotation. Great... $800 later I picked up my car - no oil change. Whatever, I’ll get that elsewhere. Same day the brakes are still squeaking so I drop it off again.
