Got screwed by them on a a truck when heading to purchase, telling them we we're 2 hours away and heading there to purchase the truck, only to be 5 mins away when the notified us they sold it from under us, with no compensation for our time of driving and money for traveling there, poor customer service.
Very sad when they run your credit tell you what you need and you tell them you are on your way. Promised to hold it for you because you are 2 hours away and when you are 5 minutes away sell it from under you! Don’t believe or trust these guys at all!! Cash or not a promise and a run of your credit IT SHOULD have been held until said person got there. What they should have said to the customer that was there was. Drove 2 hours for a vehicle they said they would hold for us knowing we drove so far after also being approved beforehand and then sold it to someone else when we were 5 minutes away! Apparently don't go here if you don't have $10,000+ sitting around!!!!

Came on in and I felt welcomed from the door. Picked out the truck I wanted. Calvin and the guys here are amazing! Not like any other dealership I’ve been too. They mean when they say they’re going to make it happen.
I recommend any and everyone to go to ultimate auto! Mr. Calvin is VERY professional, and he will GUARANTEE you a vehicle same day! Calvin helped me find my first car, 2015 Nissan Altima good condition nothing wrong. He was persistent with making sure I get I want and can afford!
