Ultimate arts is an amazing tattoo shop!! The owner is super friendly and all the artists are so creative and willing to make your ideas into tattoos you will love. I personally go see Ryan Houdini and I have complete trust in his artistic designs. My last tattoo I literally told him to think of me and he brought out the most important things in my life in one tattoo.
