Howard’s customer service skills are very disappointing!
Business response:
Due to the covid-19 continuing, we were willing to reschedule your event anytime this calendar year. We mentioned this to you and it is in our contract. We were and still are willing to go above and beyond that and reschedule your event for your 2021 date and apply your deposit money for that new contract. We are not really sure what you are upset at? Our staff are ready, willing and able to work your event and supply your equipment anytime, even outside on a field and does not have to be overnight.
Ultimate Amusements came to do a huge event with the company I work for. I had only been with the company for 8 weeks come event time. Barley knew anything about what I was doing come event weekend. The team that came to work the event were absolutely amazing. They were very patient and understanding. I put them thru so much and they kept calm and collective the entire time. Not once did they give me any problems. Great company. I can't wait to work with them at our next event.

We used Ultimate Amusements for the first time for an All Night Grad Party in June 2019. Marcus was very easy to work with while going through the quote process at the beginning, and had some good suggestions for us during the walk-through of our space. Set up was complete in plenty of time, the equipment was all in good condition, our volunteers were very happy with the instructions and helpfulness of the pit boss in our casino, and the takedown at the end of the night was very efficient. Have worked with Howard and Melissa for years. They have all of your events needs and excellent staff.
Just had a horrible experience with the people from this company at University of MD day. I waited in line with my 4 and 6 yr old for an hour and a half. Instead of cutting off the line or telling everybody in line it would be closed at a certain time they waited until 5 minutes before closing to tell us that we wouldn't be getting on. Very rude customer service and I would never use this company.
First question to ask them is "were you previously Howard Entertainment? Then ask them why they changed their name?
We used Ultimate Amusements for my son's grad party at our home. They were awesome! I had contacted other companies for my event with not much help. They sent out contract right away and were there early on a hot day. Please use them for any of your party needs big or small. Thanks!
